Here at 30Glycolic, we truly value our employees as well. The company periodically closes to reward
our employees with time off according to the schedule below. Voice messages will be returned
according to the schedule below as well. Emails will be responded to promptly.

July 3rd - 6th (orders will ship July 7th)
July 12th - 20th (orders will ship July 21st)
August 30th - September 1st (orders will ship September 2nd)
October 16th - 19th (orders will ship October 20th)
November 26th - 30th (orders will ship December 1st)
December 20th - January 4th, 2009 (orders will ship throughout the period and on January 5th, 2009)
Processing Time:
Orders received between Monday and Friday are processed
the same day or by the end-of-next business day. Orders
received on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday
or by close-of-business-day Tuesday.
Shipping Rates :
$9.95 for United States including Alaska and Hawaii.
$14.95 for Canada.
$38.95 for International.
General Delivery Times:
United States including Alaska and Hawaii, have
an estimated delivery time of 2-7
business days.
Canadian orders have
an estimated delivery time of 4-7
business days.
International orders have an estimated delivery time of 10-14 business days.
UPS is 30glycolic.com's preferred carrier in the contiguous U.S.
Hawaiin, Alaskan, and International orders will be
shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
