Pink Fresheners (8 oz.) do not contain drying alcohol. Alcohol dries out the surface of the skin by removing water and stripping ALL of the natural oils from the skin's surface. More than 95% of all toners and astringents on the market contain drying alcohol or witch hazel. This is particularly bad for dry or sensitive skin. The skin's natural defense mechanism to surface stripping and over-drying is the OVERPRODUCTION of sebum oils in an effort to re-balance the skin. This causes breakouts and sometimes results in acne-prone skin.
